But how did the beat for <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mtv.com\/artists\/big-sean\/\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #0066cc;\">Big Sean\u2019<\/span><\/span><\/a>s \u201cI Don\u2019t F\u2013k With You\u201d go <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mtv.com\/news\/1942742\/justin-bieber-big-sean-i-dont-f-with-you-beat\/\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #0066cc;\">from Biebs\u2019 hands<\/span><\/span><\/a> to Sean\u2019s?<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe all just didn\u2019t communicate; nobody communicated with my team,\u201d <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mtv.com\/artists\/dj-mustard\/\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #0066cc;\">DJ Mustard<\/span><\/span><\/a>, who produced the track, explained to MTV News. \u201c[There&#8217;s] not no hard feelings or anything like that. It\u2019s not a beef or no crazy sh\u2013 like that, but we didn\u2019t communicate. I was excited about the record.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Instead, of course, it ended up with the G.O.O.D. Music rapper, who dropped it as part of a collection of four songs late last year; it quickly became the most popular of the batch.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhen I got in with Sean, Sean had already picked the record,\u201d the producer explained. \u201cI\u2019m like, \u2018Dang, Justin got this record.\u2019 And I always kept telling my management like, \u2018Yo, they got this record,\u2019 and everybody was like, \u2018Well, we reaching, and nobody else is reaching out to us. So what do you wanna do?\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAnd I was like, you know what, just give it to Sean, because me and Sean got a relationship. And I ended up doing four songs on Sean\u2019s album.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The way things played out are a far cry from how the California-bred hitmaker envisioned them when we spoke with him back in March.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI haven\u2019t heard the full record yet, but I think it\u2019s dope.
